At the heart of the Jammu & Kashmir Youth Development Forum (JKYDF) lies a strong commitment to empowering women—socially, economically, and educationally. We believe that when women thrive, entire communities prosper.

JKYDF works to create opportunities for women and girls by addressing key challenges such as lack of education, financial dependence, and limited access to resources. Through awareness campaigns, vocational training, financial literacy programs, and leadership development, we aim to foster independence and confidence among women in both urban and rural areas.

Special emphasis is placed on skill-based training, entrepreneurship development, and legal awareness to ensure that women are not just participants, but leaders in the progress of Jammu & Kashmir.
